Bending in the next parts manufacturing process to laser cutting operation and provides final details, structure elements or equipment. Bending - is the most desirable details forming method. It does not destroy the material; don't reduce its strength, corrosion resistance and fast in processing. The products produced with the use of bend elements are more aesthetic when welded ones.

NG Metal Ukraine uses modern hydraulic multi axe band presses with CNC that allows do precise bending to the required dimensions and band angles. Its allow to bend sheet part up to 2.5 m length and up to 8 mm thickness.

We also offer a wide range of manufacturing thin-walled elements of the cylindrical (tubular) forms of various sizes — bodies, ducts, segments, chimneys.
