New design possibilities are opened by using the tube and profiles laser cut parts. This is one of the most modern technologies which allow very effective use in parts design wide range of available in the market pipes and profiles. The configuration of part can be as necessary and it can be simply impossible to make it in machining way.

Tube laser cutting equipment can cut pipes and profiles of black metal, stainless steel, aluminum.

Equipment can work with round-shaped, rectangular and square tubes. Maximum raw material size:

• up to 120 mm in diameter for round pipe;
• up to 150 mm on the diagonal line to the rectangular pipe;
• the standard length of material — 6 m.

The maximum length of the finished parts — up to 2 meters with an automatic and up to 3 m at the manual unloading of the machine.

The main advantages of using tubes laser cutting:

• the possibility of next self-fixing assembling of elements before welding by using all kinds of slots and joints;
• clean the surface of cutting slots, holes, without residual deformation;
• possibility of cutting thin-walled tubes;
• high tolerances of the details ensures the highest quality of finished products.
